- Taste: Gentle attack, with mature tannins and balanced acidity. A round body with good structure where wood and fruit are very well integrated. Long persistence.

- Aroma: Expressive on the nose, with a mix of fresh plum and cherry fruits, along with sweet spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and notes of vanilla and oak.
